Profile Overview
Fr. J. Antony Paulsamy has assumed the role of President of RTU’s Board of Governance following the demise of Rev. Bro. James Kimpton. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Reaching the Unreached (RTU).
He brings extensive knowledge of child development and strong expertise in working with children, particularly those living in vulnerable and difficult circumstances.

A devoted disciple of Bro. James Kimpton, Fr. Antony Paulsamy continues his mentor’s lifelong commitment to the well-being and holistic development of children.
Under his leadership since 2008, the RTU team remains highly dynamic and committed, continuing to implement programmes and projects with the same spirit, values, and legacy that define RTU.
Previous Roles & Experience
Prior to his engagement with RTU, Fr. Antony Paulsamy served in several important roles, including:
Secretary of the Capuchin Provincial, Trichy
Director of the Animation Centre, The Friary, Kotagiri
Dean of Studies at the Capuchin Theological College, Trichy
Professional Experience
He has over four decades of experience in the development sector, including 15 years in leadership roles.
